Karisa Rollins: Bridging Passion and Purpose in Philanthropy

Meet Karisa, our Director of Major Gifts at the INTEGRIS Health Foundation. Karisa has been at the INTEGRIS Health Foundation for two and a half years, and was recently promoted to the Director position where she leads a team that connects with people in our community who have a passion for health care and want to make a difference by investing impactful gifts in our hospitals.

Seeing the excitement of a project coming to life from a donors’ perspective…there’s nothing like it...
— Karisa

Karisa has over 15 years of fundraising experience in social services, higher education and healthcare. Growing up, she always wanted to be a doctor, but after her first microbiology class in college, she quickly changed her mind. But, after giving birth to all three of her daughters at Baptist and receiving wonderful care – including having several of the same caregivers each time! – she knew she needed to be a part of this amazing health care family.

What Karisa loves most about the work she does is developing relationships with donors and collaborating on projects that will change the lives of our patients. “Seeing the excitement of a project coming to life from a donors’ perspective…there’s nothing like it,” Karisa shared. “I have heard some incredible stories and unbelievable journeys, and I feel very grateful to hear the ‘why’ behind people’s gifts to the Foundation.” Every day, Karisa wakes up inspired to improve the experience of our patients across the state through philanthropy.
