Advancements and Renovations are Needed to Meet Increasing Demand

Since 1975, the Paul Silverstein Burn Center at INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center has been a beacon of hope, providing the highest level of burn care to Oklahoma and the Southwest. Advances in burn care and increasing patient complexity demand more than just maintaining our space, they call for bold investment in equipment, expanded capacity, and innovative programs to keep pace with evolving needs.

Your Support Now Keeps Burn Care Local for Oklahoma

Why Your Support Matters

The Paul Silverstein Burn Center is launching a multi-phase infrastructure and equipment upgrade to meet growing demand and enhance patient safety and outcomes. The renovation plan will modernize patient rooms, expand ICU capacity, and enhance safety with integrated cardiac monitors and in-room showers — crucial upgrades for better infection control and patient comfort.

But philanthropy fuels much more than physical upgrades. It sustains the daily care of burn patients and supports their families, right here in the Oklahoma communities they call home.

For over 50 years, generous donors have helped provide world-class burn care by funding critical programs we must continue to support for decades to come:

Advanced Training for Medical Staff and First Responders

Expanded Intensive Care and Critical Equipment

Innovations in Burn Treatment and Recovery

Family Support and Recovery

Bryce Mason, a burn survivor and INTEGRIS Health Paul Silverstein Burn Center patient, along with his wife and children. Out of gratitude for the lifesaving care he received, Bryce raises thousands of dollars every year for burn patients.

Our goal is to rehabilitate a patient, not just save a life. If a patient leaves here a whole person and a productive member of society, then we have accomplished our goal.
