YOU&I Shine: Celebrating the 2025 Annual Giving Campaign Results

A Legacy of Generosity Continues
Since 2012, the YOU&I Annual Giving Campaign has empowered INTEGRIS Health caregivers to support the mission of compassionate care through philanthropy. This caregiver-led initiative has raised nearly $10 million over the past 13 years—and in 2025, the momentum only grew stronger.
With the theme YOU&I Shine, this year’s campaign celebrated the bright impact of caregiver generosity across the INTEGRIS Health system.
$820,301 Raised Across the System
Thanks to the passion and commitment of 3,078 donors, the 2025 campaign raised a remarkable $820,301. Of this total:
$640,301 came directly from caregiver contributions
$180,000 was matched through volunteer programs
These gifts supported patient care, innovative programs, and specialized passion projects system-wide.
Top Passion Areas
Caregivers had the option to direct their donations to the programs closest to their hearts. The top three areas of support were:
Cancer: $92,111
Mental Health: $66,499
Nursing: $35,637
These contributions are already making a difference in the lives of patients and colleagues.
Participation Across the System
Facilities across Oklahoma showed up in force for this year’s campaign. Here’s a look at the highlights:
Most Donors: Corporate (880 donors), INTEGRIS Health Medical Group (641), Baptist Medical Center (572)
Highest Participation Rate: Cancer Institute (46.23%), INTEGRIS Health Medical Group (40.62%), Corporate (34.21%)
Top Fundraisers: Corporate ($203,247), INTEGRIS Health Medical Group ($126,731), Baptist Medical Center ($118,681)
From large medical centers to hospice and rural clinics, every facility played a role in shining a light on giving.
Leadership Leads the Way
The Executive Involvement Team (EIT) once again set the tone for generosity:
69 EIT members gave, totaling $72,899.72
52 EIT members participated in the EIT challenge
Physician and APP Engagement
Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and physicians also played a critical part:
APPs: 65 donors raised $13,840
Physicians: 84 donors raised $52,279
Their contributions reflect a deep commitment to healing beyond the bedside.
