Please Note: Sponsorships and underwriting opportunities may not be split between multiple organizations or unrelated individuals for any event. Married couples and members of the same household may share a sponsorship or underwriting commitment. Each sponsorship or underwriting opportunity must be fulfilled by a single entity. Sponsorship pledges must be fulfilled prior to the event in order to participate. If you are supporting our events as an underwriter, we kindly request that you fulfill your pledge prior to your logo or name being used in any event promotion. All gifts are non-refundable.

By submitting this pledge form, I acknowledge that this constitutes a commitment to the INTEGRIS Health Foundation. Sponsors are expected to fulfill their pledges prior to the event date. Underwriters are expected to fulfill their pledges prior to their logo or name being printed on any event materials, promotional items, or signage. When you support events at INTEGRIS Health, you’re helping us meet the most urgent needs across Oklahoma by providing lifesaving care, advanced technologies and vital programs.
All funds raised through events this year are unrestricted, meaning they go to the area of greatest need across the INTEGRIS Health system. This flexibility allows us to respond when and where we’re needed most.
As a supporter of INTEGRIS Health events, you’ll gain exposure to an influential audience of professionals and decision-makers.
Many attendees work in health care fields and industries that support it — such as construction, real estate, banking, finance, and information technology — offering strong networking and business development opportunities.
While guests come from all over the state, a large concentration is from the greater Oklahoma City metropolitan area, ensuring strong regional visibility for your brand.
Golf Classic Sponsorship Opportunities
All sponsorships include participation in the tournament.
Tournament Sponsor | $25,000
Includes three four‑player teams, plus one mulligan per player. Your logo will be integrated into the event branding and appear prominently on event signage and all promotional materials, including social media, the website, participant emails (sent to 250+ business leaders), and the Foundation newsletter. You will also receive six additional reservations for the 19th Hole reception and be recognized from the podium. Pending availability, you may golf with the INTEGRIS Health executive of your choice. Tournament sponsors may host a table and share materials with players.
Eagle Sponsor | $12,000
ncludes two teams of four players plus one mulligan per player. Your logo is prominently displayed on promotional materials and event signage. You also receive four additional reservations for the 19th Hole reception and verbal recognition from the podium. Pending availability, you may play with the INTEGRIS Health executive of your choice.
Birdie Sponsor | $6,000
Includes two teams of four and two additional reservations for the 19th Hole reception. Your name will appear on promotional materials and signage.
Par Sponsor | $3,000
Includes one team of four players. Your name will appear on promotional materials.
Golf Classic Underwriting Opportunities
Your generous support of the INTEGRIS Health Golf Classic as an exclusive underwriter does not include green fees to play in the tournament. If you would like to participate in the tournament with your team, please ensure that you include a sponsorship when submitting your pledge.

Includes prime seating for 20 people at two tables for 10. Your logo will be integrated into gala branding and appear prominently on event signage and all promotional materials, including social media, the website, participant emails (sent to 250+ business leaders), and the Foundation newsletter. You will also receive a full-page ad in our event program, a VIP gift, on-stage acknowledgement, and, pending availability, the opportunity to invite the INTEGRIS Health executive of your choice to join you at your table. Upon request, car service will be provided to and from the event.

Includes prime seating for 16 at two tables for eight, a half-page ad in our event program, a VIP gift, on-stage acknowledgement, and, pending availability, the opportunity to invite an INTEGRIS Health executive of your choice to join you at your table.
