Please Note: Sponsorship pledges must be fulfilled prior to the event in order to participate. If you are supporting our events as an underwriter, we kindly request that you fulfill your pledge prior to your logo being used in any event promotion. All gifts are non-refundable.

Gala Sponsorship Opportunities
All sponsorships include tickets to the INTEGRIS Health Gala.
Title Sponsor | $50,000
Your logo appears above all gala branding. Your sponsorship includes prime seating for 20 people at two tables for 10, a full-page ad in our event program, chilled bottles of champagne and premium wine, a VIP swag package, on-stage acknowledgement, and, pending availability, the opportunity to invite the INTEGRIS Health executive of your choice to join you at your table. Upon request, car service will be provided to and from the event.
Presenting Sponsor | $30,000
Your logo appears below all gala branding. Your sponsorship includes prime seating for 20 people at two tables for 10, a full-page ad in our event program, chilled bottles of champagne and premium wine, a VIP swag package, on-stage acknowledgement, and, pending availability, the opportunity to invite the INTEGRIS Health executive of your choice to join you at your table. Your logo is prominently placed on paddles given to every attendee to be used during the most impactful segment of the program.
Photo Booth Underwriter | $15,000
Your logo is included on each digital and printed picture taken in the photo booth and given to guests.

Impact Video Underwriter | $10,000
Your logo is prominently featured on-screen before and after the impact video, inspiring generosity and leaving a lasting impact.

Includes a full-page ad on the back cover of the event program, which is placed on every seat in the ballroom.
Valet Underwriter | $7,500
Valet parking is available to all gala guests, and a thank-you note with your logo is left in each vehicle. You may provide a branded takeaway to accompany each note.

Your logo is prominently displayed at all bars in the ballroom and in the event program.
Caregiver Underwriter | $5,000
Provide one table for eight INTEGRIS Health caregivers of your choice. Your logo will be placed in the event program.

Provide one table for the INTEGRIS Health Gala’s featured patient and seven of their guests. Your logo will be placed in the event program.

Your logo is prominently displayed at the late-night snack station and in the event program.
Cocktail Napkins Underwriter | $2,500
Your logo is featured on branded cocktail napkins served at all bars throughout the evening.

All sponsorships include participation in the tournament.
Tournament Sponsor | $22,000
Includes three teams of four players plus one mulligan per player. Your logo is prominently displayed on promotional items and event signage. You also receive six additional reservations for the 19th Hole reception and verbal acknowledgement from the podium. Pending availability, you may play with the INTEGRIS Health executive of your choice. Tournament sponsors also enjoy the opportunity to host a table and distribute materials to players. Your logo also appears on a keepsake given to players.
